Rob Withers has been a community governor of Great Missenden School since 2013 and becamechair of the MAT board in Jan 2017. Rob has a background in engineering and IT. Having graduated in engineering, he worked for Anderson Consulting, Coca-Cola Schweppes and Amerada Hess before starting his own internet business in 1998. He has lived in the area for nearly 25 years and is married with 3 children. He enjoys sailing and cycling. In addition to MAT duties he is numeracy governor and sits on the Finance and Teaching and Learning Committees of Great Missenden School.

Agnes has experience of strategy and policy in the public and third sectors and now provides consultancy and training on equality law, policy and practice. Agnes has had a range of governance roles - she has been a trustee of four charities and a vice-chair of one and has chaired a number of committees. Agnes is the Chair of the Premises Committee at GM School, and Pupil Premium Governor.
Agnes has a daughter at Great Missenden School and has lived locally for 20 years.

Business Interests: Governance Consultant
Angela has been a resident of Princes Risborough for 22 years and joined the Governing Body at Princes Risborough Primary School in March 2016. Until July 2015, Angela worked for Governor Services for Bucks County Council and the Buckinghamshire Learning Trust (BLT) as a Clerk to Governors and managed the Governor Development programme. Currently she is a freelance Governance Consultant. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, sewing and walking.
Angela is the MAT Trustee for Teaching, Learning and the Curriculum. She focuses on the quality of teaching and learning, and developments in the curriculum at Great Missenden School and Princes Risborough Primary School. Angela works closely with the Executive Headteacher and the schools' local governing bodies, and makes recommendations to the Board of Trustees for further improvements.
Chief Executive Officer, Executive Head Teacher
Rozalyn has worked in education as a teacher and an adviser in London, Devon and Buckinghamshire. She has been a Head Teacher since 2003. Under her leadership Great Missenden has been graded Outstanding in every category since 2006. Great Missenden became a National Support School in 2016 and Rozalyn is a National Leader of Education. The success of the MAT is built on the strong and experienced team at Great Missenden focused on high expectations, accelerated learning and outward-facing school improvement.
MAT Trustee for Academies’ Performance
Richard is the MAT Trustee for Academies Performance. He focuses on the academic performance of all children in the GM Trust, currently comprising Great Missenden School and Princes Risborough Primary School. Richard works with the Executive Head and the schools' local governing bodies to review the progress and achievement of pupils, and makes recommendations to the Board of Trustees for further improvements.
Richard was a governor at Princes Risborough Primary School for four years, serving three years as Chair of Governors. He has two sons at the school. Richard works as a civil servant at the Home Office in London and in his spare time is a keen cyclist
Trustee for Communications
Hope has had a diverse career that has included genetic research, training and development, IT project and product management and operational and technology transformation for companies in the US, UK, Australia and many places in between. Hope now runs a small consultancy providing executive coaching, change management, leadership development and employee engagement services, and is happy to call Great Missenden home. She sits on the Premises and Learning and Teaching Committees.
Hope Eaton became a Parent Governor in April 2016. She is married to Matthew, a Director at Cognizant Technology Solutions, and has 2 boys at the school. They moved to Great Missenden from Florida in August 2014 and previously lived in Bedfordshire and London.
Trustee for Personnel, Safeguarding
Kate has been a parent governor of Great Missenden School since 2013 and become Co-Vice Chair in 2016. Kate has a special interest in education for children with special needs and is the governor responsible for SEN, Safeguarding, PSHE and the School Council. Kate chairs the Pay & Personnel committee and sits on the Extended Schools committee. She qualified as a solicitor with Freshfields and then spent a number of years working in the music and film industry before heading up the legal and regulatory teams at O2. She subsequently became a board director of Telefonica Europe and more recently as Director of Business Affairs for Telefonica Digital she managed a global team responsible for supporting all aspects of corporate, commercial and HR activities. She is currently Chair of the Telefonica UK Pension Trustee Board and sits as an independent trustee on the pension trustee board of Sir Robert McAlpine Limited. Kate lives in Little Kingshill with her husband and two boys.
